The Senior Meta Media Buyer owns Meta Ads performance for a portfolio of D2C brands. This role drives strategy, structure, creative testing, scaling, and efficiency in close partnership with the Brand Lead.

The work

Your week, roughly

  • Own platform performance across ROAS, CAC, MER, and spend efficiency.
  • Lead creative testing with clear hooks, angles, and formats.
  • Build and optimise campaign structures including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting.
  • Drive scaling decisions with strong judgement on push, pullback, and pause.
  • Mentor junior media buyers through QA, feedback, and daily guidance.

The fit

What we are looking for

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
  • Managed at least 5L per month in ad spend.
  • D2C or ecommerce experience is mandatory.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and creative strategy.
  • Clear communication and client-facing confidence.
  • Hyderabad based, or willing to relocate.

Compensation

What you will be paid

INR 75,000 to INR 1,20,000 per month, with performance-linked incentives based on capability and outcomes.
