This FMCG brand was scaled over 12 months as a full-stack growth system rather than a pure paid-media play, addressing constraints across fragmented campaigns, low AOV, PDP inefficiencies, inventory mismatch, and weak retention. We rebuilt campaign structures around SKU velocity, margins, and stock depth, engineered AOV growth via bundles and quantity-based offers, optimised PDPs and catalogs for paid traffic with stock-aware automation, and ran SEO and retention in parallel to stabilise blended CAC and compound LTV—resulting in ₹17 Cr in revenue at a sustained 4+ blended ROAS.
