The Google Media Buyer owns Google Ads performance for a portfolio of D2C brands. This role drives strategy, structure, creative and copy testing, scaling, and efficiency in close partnership with the Meta Lead.

The work
Your week, roughly
- Own platform performance across ROAS, CAC, MER, and spend efficiency
- Lead search and shopping strategy with clear keyword structures, match types, and bidding logic
- Build and optimise campaign structures including Search, Shopping, PMax, and Display
- Drive scaling decisions with strong judgement on budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign prioritisation
The fit
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Managed at least 10L per month in ad spend.
- D2C or ecommerce experience is mandatory.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and Google’s auction dynamics.
- Comfortable working across Search, Shopping, and PMax simultaneously
- Clear communication and client-facing confidence.
- Kolkata based preferred

Compensation
What you will be paid
INR 40,000 to INR 60,000 per month, with performance-linked incentives based on capability and outcomes.
