The Junior Meta Media Buyer supports Meta Ads execution for a portfolio of D2C brands. This role learns and contributes across campaign setup, creative testing, performance monitoring, and reporting under the guidance of a Senior Media Buyer.

The work
Your week, roughly
- Support campaign setup and day-to-day execution across active brand accounts
- Upload and structure creatives with correct naming, targeting, and setup
- Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CPM, CTR, and CAC and flag anomalies early
- Prepare and structure performance reports for weekly and monthly reviews
- Learn campaign structuring across ABO, CBO, and ASC under senior guidance
- Take on progressively more ownership as you demonstrate sound judgement and platform fluency
The fit
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Managed at least 5L per month in ad spend.
- D2C or ecommerce experience is mandatory.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and creative strategy.
- Hungry to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable with feedback
- Kolkata based, or willing to relocate

Compensation
What you will be paid
INR 30,000 to INR 50,000 per month, with performance-linked incentives based on capability and outcomes.
